Some flaw of the khách sạn room design, we are not use to the water basin is outside in the bed room instead of ensuite not convenient. Location of the hotel is at the heart of old quarter, easily lớn access by foot. First time to Hanoi was great because of the outstanding hospitality and service from the team at La Siesta especially Front Office: Adele, Ruby & Quan. Adele has made us feel comfortable for the stay, she is very attentive khổng lồ details & helpful. Adele has impressed us with her professionalism & hospitality.

We booked this property as it was rated a best value khách sạn in the area. This was very accurate…it did not disappoint! The rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable, & beautifully decorated. Despite considerable jet lag, we slept very comfortably. The rooftop breakfast area & sky bar were đứng top notch. The whole khách sạn is beautiful! Shout out lớn the staff. They were the highlight - so friendly, helpful và accommodating, especially Anthony who welcomed us very late at night & exhausted from our travels and made us feel right at home. Thanks! We just spent 5 nights here. Lovely hotel with lovely clean rooms & a great sky too bar! Walking distance khổng lồ mos of the attractions.The best thing was the staff who were super friendly and very helpful. We prebooked 2 of our tours through the hotel and a further cookery class later. All very reasonably priced. Special mention of quan lại who was fantastic và very helpful with all the bookings and also recommendations for where khổng lồ eat. He went out of his way khổng lồ help make our stay memorable.Will definitely stay here again và recommend it to lớn others.
