Wonderful hotel! I was pleasantly surprised with the hotel. The staff are very kind and comfortable with English speakers. I spent a lot of time enjoying the soaking tub in the room. The pool was nice & again the staff were wonderful. They made us feel welcome and very accommodating. If we ever return lớn Saigon, we will definitely be staying at EdenStar again. The location isn’t on a super busy street which keeps it quieter và it’s close to lớn all the attractions.
This khách sạn is functioning well for our stay. The room is spacious, clean, ac working well, and the lighting is well thought out. The breakfast is outstanding. Very convenient lớn walk to lớn center of town 10 minutes.
I’d be 5 star all the way on EdenStar — cleanliness, location, breakfast buffet, etc. — were it not for the extremely rigid cancellation policy. My 2 friends had visa and weather issues, và got in 2 days late, but the hotel was inflexible on the deposit on the rooms, even though informed 2-3 days in advance.

In general, the khách sạn is good. However, there are 2 really bad issues that I've experienced during my stay which are. First the noise insulation is really bad, every little noise from the hallway can be heard clearly in your room. Second, some clients are very noisy và loudly when they came to lớn their room yelling at each other or when they're drunk.
